When on a voice call in a 4g or 5g area, I can’t access the internet on my phone or apps.
also quite often the call is connected and chatting for a while but suddenly I can't hear the person on the other end of the phone yet they can hear me, but only if they are also a sky mobile user. Sometimes it's the other way around and I can hear them but they can't hear me.
