For some reason Google will not answer me this so I thought to ask you guys
I received a tablet on Tuesday last week, called to return it same day as it wasn't as compatible with my phone and other stuff as i'd hoped.
Return packaging arrived Thursday or Friday, I took it to the post office on Monday, this Monday just passed 29th.
I forgot to get a tracking number or anything for it which has got me worried, it did say 24 hours on the postage, I am not/was not expecting to hear back immediately or today whether they received the item. I assume with things like this it will take longer of course, if I do not hear back by this Friday is there cause for concern or for example next Friday. Or when should I hear back?
And does anyone know when the tablet should be removed from my devices in the app.
Hopefully that is all covered and you can understand my questions/concerns.

Find out moreThe company that handles returns like this on behalf of Sky can take up to 3 weeks to process it so you will have a little while longer to wait. The return label on it should have had either a barcode or QR code so it can be tracked back to you,
