When callers try to call me they are getting "you have dialed anincorrect numbr

When callers try to ring me they get a " this number is not recognised" message.  Sometimes I get a missed call message even though it hasn't rang, but not always.   I've been waiting on important calls so this is urgent.  Of course I have tried turning the phone on and off, I've got a pixel 7.  I've also checked service in my area and it says it is fine.  Help!

This is happening to me too on my Pixel 7! It's happening from my doctors so quite important.

Been getting it all last night calling between a iPhone 14 and Redmi Note 10. Can't make or receive calls . Been informed something is being done to our local mast.

Did have a similar problem at work but that seems resolved

Goodbye Sky mobile

LONG POST WARNING! After many years I am leaving Sky mobile. The reason is they cannot fix a problem I am having. Certain numbers are unable to get through to me. It started a few months ago when I noticed I had missed calls notifications but the phone never rang or vibrated (I had the phone in my hand when one happened). It happens with numbers from some businesses or NHS departments. I've found out from the callers that they get a message saying that my number is not recognised or unavailable. Now the number from the NHS Blood and Transplant is totally blocked, no missed call notifications. They tried to call me 4 times Thursday, all were blocked according to my call log. I did originally report it to Sky, tried a new sim and other advice they gave but it didn't help. Their technical department even tried to call me but guess what, their calls were rejected so after they try 3 times they clear your problem! After reading others have had similar issues the only resolution was to change providers so it's Farewell and goodbye to 700Gb of piggybank data I've saved up! 😭

Apologies for the long post. 😬

Moved from Sky mobile, problems solved

Fixed the problem I was having with Sky mobile by moving to a new provider. 😊

I have, a couple of times but I don't know link to the conversation. Here's a copy of my post (if it doesn't get deleted, again)

@P4nda

It hasn't been deleted. I've moved todays post into the original thread.

Re: Moved from Sky mobile, problems solved

What I meant was I put that long post in an existing thread by mistake and there is no option to delete it, I was supposed to create a new thread. ☺️ I tried to start a new one with the same text (copy & paste), that's what kept getting deleted.
