Wife has a new phone as other phone died. I cannot link the WhatsApp app. The suggestion is order a new sim with the same mobile number to replace the old SIM. I should then get a 6 digit code to activate the WhatsApp account.
If you want a replacement sim then you will have to call Sky on 150 to get it ordered.
