Issue signing credit agreement

I have recently added a mobile to my sky account. I have tried to sign the credit agreement but the links send me to a different page. I have linked my sky id account but it keeps asking me to do so again then I have an error message to say it has already been linked

If it doesn't you will have to contact Sky about this and perhaps suggest that they email this to you.
