What phone to buy next

Hi all, I have a Samsung A33 sky mobile  I think it needs upgrading. What phone should I get next. I prefer android but only call, text, watch tv, odd emails etc. I am not a tec savy. If possible a watch for answering calls, so I can leave phone in handbag, as I am disabled and tend to drop phone on to the floor when it suddenly rings or I get hand spasms. Can anyone help me please, many thanks.
