Hi there, just trying to buy a couple of SIM only plans for my kids - I am an exisiting sky customer but whenever I'm logged in, or get far enough in my basket to login to my account; the website crashes "It's us, not you, please try again" any ideas if this will get fixed if I keep trying? is this normal? I am wondering if I'll need a seperate account for sky mobile and will never be able to use my sky broadband/tv one? thanks 🙂

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreGive Sky a call and have them place this order for you. Make sure you ask them to place the order via your existing account so the mobile account can be linked to your main ID:
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
