Website crashing

New sky customer trying to buy a new phone and contract, get all the to checkout and says "technical error" has done for a week now. Tried data, WiFi and multiple devices.

Hi @Saggs  are you logged into your account when trying ? I sometimes get that message until I log into my sky account then try. Also try incognito mode on your browser.
