Order a new SIM card

I've lost my phone, could not find it. I'm currently using an old phone and I want to get a replacement sim

Hi @Brandon11  to get a replacement sim you need to call sky, if you can't call then use the social media links at the bottom of this page.

Can you confirm you need a replacement sim with the same number?

 

Are you the Sky Mobile account holder and do you still have access to the Primary mobile phone number?

 

If you are we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here.

 

Let us know if you wish to try that after confirming the above otherwise you'll need to call Sky.
