Weak or no signal

I've had weak or no signal for over a week now can't use mobile data when out ,only have one bar on my signal ,what's going on

Nearly two weeks though is ridiculous, might as well have no phone when I'm out as it's usless

Hi @Joyg  once your service returns to normal and the work is finished then give sky a call on 150 and they should apply a credit to your account for the disruption to your signal.

The first picture is just the normal coverage checker that shows the usual level of coverage and doesn't take into account temporary faults. The second is the service status which shows any temporary problems affecting the area.

If you feel it's not worth paying for only you can do something about that by changing provider

 

 Note Sky uses the O2 network so do not switch to them or any other network that uses O2 such as Tesco or Giffgaff.

Hii mines exactly the same!! Noticed earlier on when tried accessing online banking and data just wasn't working it completely cut me off network so was no service I'm so confused to what's happened to sky.
