Discussion topic: Want to restrict data usage at night stop kids using phones at night

I would like to set a cut off say 22:30 - 06:00 where I can suspend data been used at night to restrict my children from using phones at night

I can already do this on my Wi-Fi.

if android you would need to Google parental controls for their phones to see what's available.
