I'm abroad and my spend cap is set to £0 so I can't get charged the £2 a day for roaming. I'm trying to increase my spend cap so that I can be charged, but the link which is available in sky.com help seems to be broken:
sky.com/spendcap
... the link just takes me back to buy a new mobile phone.

Yes I tried on the mobile app too. There was a different thread by someone else having the same problem. Racheldoodles and 63wjohm offered some advice but that same method doesn't work for me. There's no Sim option to click on.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
