If you have been paying the sim for 12 months or more and what to cancel it then you will need to get in contact with Sky. If you have had it less than the 12 months then you might not be able to cancel it.
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
