Waiting over 2weeks for refund into my bank

Hi I sent phone back as swapped.  The contract has ended and the old phone valuation is owed to me.  Twice over phone I been promised the refund to my bank has been applied yet im still waiting.  I need the £££ . Anyone can help please.

We're other customers here so cannot actively do anything.  All you can do is chase Sky and/or raise a complaint.

It can take up to 3 weeks for the returned phone to be inspected and a final valuation be given against it so I would give it one more week and if you still haven't heard anything then put in a complaint:

Thank you, i have 3 times they just say 3/5 days its very frustrating.  I appreciate your reply ty.
