Waiting for refund

I placed and order on Wednesday 17th December and cancelled it litrally straight away, i was told the refund would be with me in three working days,

I have chased them twice and been told to wait another 3-5 working days and to raise this with my bank

I have done this and told be my bank to raise a compaint with sky as this rfund should not be taking so long

Ususlly such refunds should take 3-5 working days so as it has not been this yet and with the Christmas break almost upon us you might be looking at early next week that you receive it if it has been done by Sky.

Yeah it's been almost a week as of tomorrow so it's passed the 5 working days! Quick to take your cash but takes an age when you want it back!
