Waiting for Order confirmation

I ordered Apple Watch 12, I had my finance agreement approved. It has been 4 days and I haven't received any order confirmation. Does anyone know why this might have happened

You might want to call Sky for confirmation on this order, 150 is the number to use if your mobile has a Sky sim in it.
