Scammed

We have been scammed and cannot find a single human to speak to. Telling us we are failing the security checks for our own account which we have had for twenty years. Worst customer service ever. How do we speak to a human

@Lolli
If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

What happens when you dial 150 from your Sky mobile (presuming you already have one)?

Someone has got hold of my husbands details and apparently we are now being sent a phone:watch and ear buds which we absolutely haven't ordered.

Re: Scammed

We have sky tv and broadband but not a mobile but someone tried to deliver one today ! We have no idea what to do next, they are telling us our card number is wrong and won't talk to us but it isn't wrong at all.

@Lolli

It appears like someone has responded to  a fake email or phone call and give your Sky details out.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.

As it was a scam call so to be on the safe side I would change your online password:

https://id.sky.com/change/password

Try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

@Lolli Have you tried logging into your sky account online?

Did you receive a call offering adiscount on your TV bill?  If so you may have inadvertantly given scammers access to your account allowing them to order the device.

Re: Scammed

We are getting through to humans but then they are telling us we are failing verification which is utter nonsense
