Waiting Callback since 20Feb2025

Hi, 

I have been trying to switch to sky mobile since 29Jan2025. The last contact I had was 20Feb2025 when I was told someone would call me. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. I need a callback asap.

Sky does not arrange calls back due to people posting on here so if you have a question that us fellow customers can't answer on here for you then you would have to call Sky yourself.

You will need to instigate a call to Sky. Sky won't/can't call you as a result of you posting here as they won't know who you are.

What issue do you have, you said you want to sign up to Sky, if so you can do this easily online here if you want a sim only package:

I've tried and it's not as easy for some reason, it won't accept my number now because I've tried too many times 😔

 

My account is set up all wrong (husband used his name, my email). I'm not receiving the verification text to switch and keep my number.

And to top it off the website keeps giving me an error message of "technical difficulties" when I get so far.

Then you will have to call and when you do just stay silent when asked any questions by the bot.
