My Sky voicemail only works when my phone is switched off. When my phone is turned on and somebody calls but I dont pick up it rings a few times then cuts off. doesnt go to voicemail which is setup?

Have you tried disabling it then enabling it again:
On your phone:
Dial 759. Press 3. Press 5. Press 1
