I recently called 759 and recorded a voicemail greeting. Since then I've tried to turn that greeting off and revert back to the default but it isn't working. I've tried recording a replacement greeting but it still plays the previous one.
I tried raising it with Sky but the agent didn't understand and kept telling me how to delete messages.
Is there any way to completely reset my voicemail settings?
