Voicemail help

Hello. I have just switched to sky mobile. Live chat AI only wants to answer TV questions and the getting started guides don't cover voicemail.

1) how do I record a voicemail greeting?

2) how do I listen to voicemails, and know I have one?

3) is voicemail transcript a default? If not how do I enable it and how do I view it?

4) I have been allocated two lines, how do I switch between them?
