Voicemail charge while abroad

Hi again

Just back from hols in Mexico. Made sure mobile data/roaming off as have been stung before.

Checked MySky app on return and found I’d been charged £2.60 for accessing voicemail. I naively thought there would be no charge as using hotel wifi and WiFi calling on. 

Is there any point contesting this with Sky?
