Voicemail Notifications not working

We have 3 mobiles with Sky all Samsung and all of the voicemail notifications on all devices has stopped working and seems to be disabled in settings.

Voicemail notification not showing up

Hi

Since Wednesday 25th Feb voicemail hasn't been notifying me of messages and missed calls.

I know it was this day because that was also the day WhatsApp deleted all my message history with my most active contact, and changed my ringtone and message alert sounds too.  I discovered if I restart my phone usually the voicemessage notifications appear.  Today I received a call before lunchtime and the voice message only came through at 8.40pm.  I have a need to know when messages come through asap, I have a mother who's in and out of hospital and Im her attorney for health matters. 

 

Ive tried rebooting, installing latest patches, clearing caches, checking all the settings and nothing makes a difference.  At a loss to know where to go next

Mine's exactly the same.  Samsung phone as well

We have 3 Samsung phones in our household with Sky and all do the same. We get a text message to say we have a message but this is hours later. Not sure if it's the phones or Sky. So frustrating.

I'm still facing this same issue and frankly no one from sky has helped me at all.

Their customer service seems to be non existent or a complete waste of time.

Im having a similar issue! I keep being told I have voicemails constantly but when I ring voicemail it says I have no messages! Im worried im missing messages.

I'm not getting that through my phone - there's no notification comes through but I get new voicemail message on my watch and then check and nothing. So frustrating. Apparently Sky keep says it's been escalated!! No change.

Yeah I get it on my watch too. Its so annoying isn't it. I also get it if I disconnect WiFi. Ive tried resetting both my phone and watch and nothing! As much as its annoying im glad im not the only one as I've recently had a new phone and was worried it was that!

I did exactly the same. Shut everything down. All 3 phones we have with Sky are doing it. It's good to know it's not just me, I agree, but yeah very annoying. Let's hope it gets resolved, but not holding out any hope!!
