Voice Mail

I have never ever used voicemail on my phone, I received what looks like 2 voicemails from Sky and I can't get rid of them, they are there every day, I do not want to sign in to voicemail to delete them as I have never enabled it to start with, thinking my only option is to cancel Sky sim and go back to my old provider 😞
How do I get rid of the notification for the 2 VMs? I dont care if they stay in whatever void they are in I just want the notification to go away?

Hi @meemers  what phone do you have ? On my iPhone I didn't have sky voicemail activated but in my phone settings visual voicemail was turned on and I received a couple of notifications about them.

I'm not very tech minded, its a Samsung, does that help?

You could try opening your phone app, tap the 3 dots in the right hand corner and select settings, tap voicemail then if it's on toggle visual voicemail off @meemers

it says Notifications Alert: Default notification sound (Spaceline) Vibration: Off
Visual Voicemail is unselected, the wee slider is greyed out
no idea what all that means
