Vip price difference

I've just bought a phone deal through sky mobile on the app, so I've had to log in to my account and I've just seen 3 days later if id done it through the VIP section I could have got same deal for 5 pound cheaper. Shouldn't they have automatically offered me this as I've done it through the app so my VIP status should have been acknowledged and discount been applied

You are paying the price that you purchased it for, it is just unfortunate that the price was changed a few days later as this can and does happen as offers change all the time, there is no automatic right for the new price to be applied to your order.

Possibly, what do the terms of that offer say?  (Such offers often require specific actions)
