Is this texts from something like your bank or to do with accessing your Sky email account ?

I too am not receiving any verification codes sent by Sky. I am trying to manage my eSIM within my account but I cannot progress due to the verification process not working. - iPhone 17 pro max user

I have been having this issue since yesterday, have reset network settings, still not working.

does anyone have any idea to fix?

I have resolved this issue by updating my iPhone to the latest software update so if you are having this issue I would suggest doing this rather than resetting your network settings

I'm having this issue now having moved from EE to Sky Mobile this week - can't get into mobile banking and other key apps. Sky have been no help on multiple occasions over live chat or on the phone. I'm on the latest IOS, the apps are all up to date, i've done all the troubleshooting and they're still none the wiser. How can it be such a common problem (in the first place) and how do they not know how to fix it?? If anyone has any other tips/tricks to get it resolved?
