My sky mobile account says it is already linked but i cant access my bills

my sky mobile account already said it is linked but i cannot access my bills to pay them. my account said it declined the payment even tho money was in there so want to pay it

If your bill is usually paid by a direct debit and the payment has failed for whatever reason then Sky will try again in 10 days time so at this stage no manual payment is required so how is your bill usually paid ?

it usually comes out as direct debit i'm not sure why it's not this time my account just told me it declined but it should be fine if it tries again in 10 days. how can i gain access to see my bills tho because it just says this the first photo is what i saw first then i tried to go on the 'my bills' page and it shows the second photo

I take it you have never been able to access your bills ?

 

If so are you signed in wit the correct ID. A way to check which Sky ID's a linked to an account is by clicking the "forgotten username" link when signing in and it will show you all the emails/sky ID's associated with your account.

thanks for your help, it is the correct sky id but i'm not sure why it isn't working

All you can do is to contact Sky via the phone or social media for help in getting this sorted.
