Verification Codes

I have been on the phone to tech support, I am not receiving verification codes to my mobile still to no avail, after trying everything from Aeroplane mode/ Restarting device/ Toggling  off settings/ Resetting network/ I am receiving from from other services. iphone 17pro max. they seem to have exhausted ideas. Tried a new sim but as you can guess unable to activate as cant get code.

A few more things to try:

 

Check your phone isn't blocking unknown numbers. Go to Settings > Messages > Unknown & Spam > Filter Unknown Senders > Turn off.

If you use message filters on iPhone, make sure all messages are visible. Go to iMessage > Filters > Change to All Messages.

Turn off any VPNs.

Check the spam folder of your messaging app for these texts.
