VIP App Rewards not working when in basket

My VIP sim card price for 40GB is £9 for vip, but when it goes in my basket it goes £18 What am I doing wrong, I am logged in.

It being ordered as a new sim so you are not trying to get it added to any current one you might have. 

If you are trying to order it as a new sim

thrn give Sky a call to see if they can get it ordered at the vip price.

I want a new phone and esim. The 40GB esim is reduced from £18 to £9 for VIP members, but when I add it to my basket it goes back to £18. Frustrating.

Had this last week, phone them and they will apply the discount.

Doing it over the phone had the bonus of the offer being applied for 24 months instead 12 which I believe you usually get.
