VERY POOR SIGNAL COVERAGE

Re: VERY POOR SIGNAL COVERAGE

I have had zero or 1 bar for days now in Essex. Sky, you are lying on your service indicator that it's a good service. Not just me and it's not the first time signal ahs been poor, across the country when I've been travelling. For this reason i've been testing a Three sim aswell, (dual sim phone) which I've nearly been using constantly the last week. Come on sky, sort it out.

You aren't communicating with Sky here so they won't see the problems you're describing.

Re: VERY POOR SIGNAL COVERAGE

I have had no coverage now since saturday and can only make calls when I am in an area with wifi. They said its due to work being done. I complained and asked for compensation as I run a business and said it woudl be nice if I was told this in advance and Sky said they would bring my sim down by £1.50 a month for 12 months. I said thats ludicrous and could they send me the compensation offered in writing they said no its just verbal. They then said they could offer an extra £10 i said no. They said they would call me today at 12 but havent called me. Im sick of sky and have just cancelled the tv and broadband. They keep telling me how im a vip gold standard user but the customer service is awful

You should be aware that Sky mobile is a domestic service and the T's and C's state not for business use.

@demonisher

You made the point

I have merely pointed out that running a business is irrelevant here as it's against the terms you agreed to.
