Pathetic call centre in India

Been trying to get my new iPhone 16 e to work properly since last Friday, made a load of calls to your Indian call centres none of which solved the problem and was passed from department to department & still unable to solve my problem. I wish I had never changed my phone as this one is worse than useless. 
All I want is to speak to someone in a U K call centre who can help

Calls go through to the next available agent wherever they are based. There's no guarantee you'll speak to anyone UK based.

 

Perhaps tell us the issue with the 16e?

Unable to make a call using the favourites choice , incoming calls in some cases I'm unable to accept despite sliding the accept. Slide
