Using saved data towards upgrade

Can upgrade early but can I use rolled back data towards upgrade taking monthly payment down

Hi @Lj681  if you can the option will appear on the sales page when choosing the device, the option to trade in some data will show. It's not always available for all phones I have found.

Upgrading 'early' is almost certainly going to incur an additional charge as the residual value of your device is unlikely to cover the outstanding credit.

Yes, but it's very limited nowadays - something like £10 off total price for 40GB.
