You just need to make sure roaming is turned on in your phone settings and you have set any spend cap sufficient for the £2 a day charge. As soon as you send a text, make a call or use some data it kicks in. Any calls to local numbers in Norway will still be charged at international rates.

Hi @Anyone50 according to the guide here on page 10, yes the £2 daily charge can be used when roaming in Norway. To activate it just make sure roaming and mobile data are active in your phone settings, make sure your monthly spend cap is set high enough to cover the trip and when you send a text, make a call or use some data then it starts automatically.
