Using mobile in United Arab Emirates

My question is about Using my sky mobile in United Arab Emirstes

I am wondering if I can access the usual fixed fee per day that I used in Spain last year or is it more expensive? Want to avoid any surprises with billing

thank you

Hi @KT1001  UAE is one of the countries covered by the Passport Plus so it will be £2 per 24 hours use of your home allowance.

If someone has helped give them a thumbs up.

I won’t respond to direct messages so please post any problems on the forum.

One of very few outside Europe: note that £2 roaming is not available in any neighbouring country (Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) so be very careful which network your phone connects to, as you really don't want to inadvertently use data at 'rest of the world' rates over a border: 36 pence per megabyte for Qatar (probably out of range anyway) and an eyewatering £2.16 per megabyte from either Oman or Saudi.
