A total joke. 👎
tech support hopeless and couldn't solve why I had no data over 5-6 week process. Raised 5/6 "tickets" but nada.
Some helpful uk-based customer service / retention people but they are powerless to do anything because of total lack of comms with tech support. Spent 4-5 hours on 150 helpline.
Given up and switching to EE as they seems to be a REAL provider. Avoid sky!
