Re: Use of old dim
Hi @Corina2443 you can use your old sim with your old plan. If the new sim was ordered with a different plan then that will come with a new number. If you don't activate the new sim then that will drop off your account after 31 days. If you have activated the new sim you need to call sky on 150 to cancel one of them.
