Use if ESims

I am going to Japan and want to use an eSIM with my iPhone 16 to save data costs when there,

I called Sky for advice e but the agent didn't understand me! 
My phone has a sim card inserted in it and someone said I should I should get that changed to a virtual sim by sky and buy a SIM card to insert when I get there that will take over the data when there!

I am so confused can anyone help?

Hi @Kimbob321  look here for information on sky mobile esims. Make sure your device is on the compatible list before proceeding.
