Use Shout 85258 Text Message Service
Hi I'm a sim only customer on Sky Mobile and I can't seem to use the Shout 85258 service. Why is this? I didn't seem to have this issue on the 02 network. Thanks.

What you will need to do is to call Sky on the free 150 (just that) number and report this to them so they can take the details of this from you before other teams investigate this for you.
