Been with Sky for many years now for tv broadband and mobile, but their online upgrade process is pretty poor. I'm not a massive data using but 8.00 pm is a bit too expensive for 2gb of data.
you can't seem to speak to anyone and Skys virtual assistance is of no assistance and I see the new customer offer is £6pm for 3Gb.
so it seems much better value to move to GiffnGaff at the moment and do my phone upgrade with them.
