Upgrading with Sky Mobile

Been with Sky for many years now for tv broadband and mobile, but their online upgrade process is pretty poor. I'm not a massive data using but 8.00 pm is a bit too expensive for 2gb of data. 

you can't seem to speak to anyone and Skys virtual assistance is of no assistance and I see the new customer offer is £6pm for 3Gb.

 

so it seems much better value to move to GiffnGaff at the moment and do my phone upgrade with them.

When logged in what shows via your account as you should be able to change the plan you are on to one that is better value.

When logged in what shows via your account as you should be able to change the plan you are on to one that is better value.

Did you send your current phone back?  (As you may be paying for two)
