No, as we are all customers here you will need to call Sky, they won't & can't call you on the back of a forum post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The number for you to call about this is 150 as it is a free one from a Sky Mobile. Sky will not call you based on your post here.
