Upgrading device.

Hi not sure if anyone can help with my enquiry? Basically I'm due an upgrade on one of my devices, since the beginning of the year. I just haven't needed to. Now I have gone to upgrade this device, the sky app and website seems to be playing up? I get as far as placing the chosen device in my basket, select the next page to put the order through and the page either doesn't load or comes up with a message saying there is a problem with the site that is sky problem. The message advices to reload or go to the website but the same problem occurs. I've tried this for a week now and it keeps happening. Can anyone advice me on this problem or have any suggestions please? I would appreciate it. Thank you.

The only way to get this order placed will be by calling Sky on 150 from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.
