Sky Mobile Devices Warranty Terrible

Hi

I think sky is best in selling services like TV or broadband but they should come out of selling devices such as iPhones/ iPads or laptops etc 

Warrant claim for such devices is so so terrible it's like a nightmare. A device getting display changed has taken aprx 3 weeks and still my iPhone is not back. 

Better to buy from apple accredited premier solution provides/ resellers 

will never buy devices again done for now

How long does their warranty process take?

2-3 weeks and still no update 

Is this year 2025 !!!
