Upgraded/swap

Hi I upgraded my daughters phone. But it's not given any details about how to send the old phone back. Does anyone have information on this please?

Hi @Tashane44  you should be able to use the packaging the new phone came in and the address should be on/in there. 

edit. If you no longer have that then call sky on 150 to arrange for new one to be sent.
