Just upgraded & I seem to have been charged for the Old phone i returned!!??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you placed the upgrade order how much left to pay against your old device as this does have to be paid off so if the value Sky gave you wasn't enough then it does have to paid off on your next bill.
That apart you will still be billed for it until the company that handles the returns has processed it and this can take a few weeks.
