Upgrade

I just upgraded a phone I finished paying for in March. Can I keep the old phone eventhough it is sending a package to return. It's fully paid up.

If it's fully paid for, then yes - it's yours.

I thought so it just said on the confirmation email if it was for swap purposes or to get money off the new handset. So do I need to tell them I won't be returning anything.

Normally the swap is to pay off the outstanding credit on the phone being returned.

 

If there's no credit outstanding then trading it in could be credited to your account but you don't have to...  Call Sky on 150 if you want to confirm with them.
