do I need to pay it off all at once or just continuing paying as normal monthly with the new phone on top?

Hi @CASE175230 it's up to you, you can pay it off if you wish or continue the monthly payments, when asked just make sure you put that you want to keep your old device.

Re: Upgrade
If you want to keep your current phone then it might be easier to just order a new one (and a sim contract as well if you want another one). You will be credit checked again of which you will need to pass.
