Upgrade

I've got a swap update on my account but when I go through the procedure at the end it says I've hit the max. But I've paid two phones off so wouldn't that be less than the max? How do I upgrade??

They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they shouldn't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
