Sky mobile contract

I'm looking online at an iPhone 16. It's  £48 upfront and £41/month for 12 months.

After the 12 months, is the phone mines or do I need to sent it back?

The phone is currently retailing about £749 and I would only be paying £540 based on the payments?

Also am I able to pay more upfront to bring down the monthly payment?

@Jduff24

Swap 12 is a 24 month contract, what this means that after 12 months if you want you can swap it for another device. You can make payments agaist the contract if you want but it will not reduce the contract length itself.

Hi @Jduff24  you are looking at swap 12 which is actually a 24 month contract. At 12 months you can swap the phone by sending it back and taking out a new phone contract. That phone is used to pay what's owed on that contract. You don't have to swap so if you keep the phone you pay for another 12 months (24 in total) then the phone is yours.

Re: Sky mobile contract

Ah I see now, when I click on 24 it's £24/month but underneath it then says that it's a 36 month contract. So it's a decent bit dearer than just buying the phone upfront.

thank you
