Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade from 15 pro max to 16 pro max. 
currently paying £40pm with 12 months left but when I try to upgrade it says I still owe over £800 for my old device. 
This doesn't make sense as I only have 12 months left in contract

@Luke391 What contract did you take out, was it swap 12 or swap 24?

The reason i ask is if it was swap 24 then its actually a 36 month contract which may well explain why you still have £800 to pay off.

As above, I suspect you have a Swap24 contract if it's £40pm.  (Which would be 36x£40 = ~£1.4k, a £40 payment wouldn't cover the credit over 2 years)
