Upgrade
I have recently upgraded from the iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Contacted Sky to pay off the remainder of the bill for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. However, on my Sky Mobile app it is showing my phone still as the iPhone 12 Pro Max and showing future payments.
Why has the phone not gotten changed to the correct model? and why is it showing future payments when it's been paid in full?

You'll need to call Sky on 150 - your account should show both phones.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
